Feed-A-Family. In 2009 Omicron Gamma began the Feed-A-Family program as Thanksgiving and Christmas giveaway. The program was design for the chapter to give turkey baskets at Thanksgiving and feed the homeless at Christmas. The chapter has made a committment to hit the streets and feed the homeless once a quarter in the cities of DFW Metroplex area.
Sickle Cell Walk/Run-A-Thon. The Sickle Cell Walk/Run-A-Thon was started by the chapter in 2006 with an aspiration to help with a cause that has affected African Americans and other minorities throughout the years. The first two years OGG partnered with the Dallas Sickle Cell Foundation and now the chapter has been hosting the event by itself the past two events. Omicron Gamma Gamma is proud to host one of the few Walk/Run A-Thons events sponsored soley by a Greek chapter in the DFW Metroplex area.
Adopt-A-Highway. The chapter adopted a street in the city of Grand Prairie in the year 2007. The street is a mile and half long stretch located on Robinson Street and the Pioneer Parkway intersection. Brothers cleaned up the highway once a quarter as part of a community service project through the social action program.
